Physical magazine started as a "special section" within Let's Live in March 1998,
then grew to a stand-alone, bimonthly publication in April/May 1999. With the
sports nutrition industry booming and by popular demand, Physical debuted as a
monthly in January 2000, and has been reaching increasing numbers of sports
nutrition and fitness enthusiasts ever since. Today, Physical is a leader in
the world of sports nutrition publishing and is the official magazine of the
Arnold Fitness Weekend held each year in Columbus, Ohio.
